Speech Assessment

Service Description

This assessment is designed to evaluate a child’s speech and articulation skills. Both standardised and non-standardised methods are used to assess the clarity and accuracy of the child’s speech sound production and whether it is appropriate for their age. The assessment includes a case history discussion with parents, a one-to-one session with the child during which a speech sample is collected, and the completion of a written report. The report outlines the child’s strengths, areas of need, and recommended next steps.
